About the Role: 
Location: Hybrid (3 days WFH and 2 days in Long Island City, Queens office)
Hourly Rate: $58 W2 
Duration: Approx 6 months – likely to convert to perm

Top Skills:

  • Will be working on smaller projects and supporting larger projects as needed, doing resource management
  • Primarily supporting by doing reach outs and organizing across business groups, should have some experience and knowledge of SOWs/Resource Management/POs/Invoicing/etc.
  • Repetitive work – not the best fit for a Sr. PM
  • Must have strong comm skills, very organized, and should be proactive.
  • 5+ yrs experience

The project administrator is responsible for full lifecycle management of back office activities in an application portfolio. They will track Appropriation Requests, SOWs, Purchase Orders, Invoices, Accruals and assist with actuals, budget, and forecast reporting. Additional duties will include demand planning of minor and major enhancements plus the projects’ backlog in Jira. The role includes Resource Management and liaising with middle management in several cross functional departments. The administrator will support the project managers and VPs in financial and planning decisions. The responsibilities will include providing insight in process standardization, automation and streamlining for maximized efficiency of administrative activities.
