Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of data scientists  and provide mentorship and guidance for both formal and informal teams
• Design and build analytical models and provide interpretation and insights for large and complex datasets to uncover and define areas of value for the business
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support decision making.
• Help develop and execute the company’s data science strategy
• Build strategic partnerships with key leadership partners across the organization
• Use collaborate skills to account for all stakeholder shared interests
• Stay current with technological advances, market trends, competitive insights and provide consultation to the business.

Qualifications:

• Programming languages (not exhaustive) Python, R,
• Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in data science or related field.
